Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Session storage keeps temporary information in the current tab. We use these technologies to provide the booking, payment and security functions you request and to remember that you have closed our cookie notice.
Essential storage supports booking and payment. Optional Google measurement helps us understand website use and paid bookings. Choose each purpose below, or refuse and book as normal.
Advertising measurement
With your permission, Google Ads measures which advertisements lead to paid bookings. Google receives ad-click identifiers, browser and connection information, and a paid-deposit event with an opaque transaction reference, the amount paid online and EUR currency. We do not send passenger names, email addresses, telephone numbers, flight numbers, journey details or payment-card details to Google for this purpose.
Website analytics
With separate analytics consent, Google Analytics measures page views, booking steps and verified paid deposits. Revenue is the online deposit excluding tax; tax is reported separately. We send an opaque transaction reference and whether the booking is one way or return, but no passenger details, private payment links or full transfer fare. Automatic form, search and outbound-link measurement is disabled.
Associated Analytics event and user data is retained for 14 months, without resetting that period on new activity. Aggregated reports are not subject to this setting.
Each optional purpose requires your consent. Google tags remain blocked until you accept a purpose. Remarketing, Google signals and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google Ireland Limited provides these services for EEA users; international processing safeguards are described in Google’s policies.
Choose “Reject optional”, select individual purposes and “Save choices”, or choose “Accept measurement” for all available purposes. Reopen “Cookie settings” to change your choice. Withdrawal clears the relevant storage on this site and reloads the page; it does not undo earlier processing. Your browser controls cookies on Google’s domains.

What is stored and for how long
The entries below depend on the features you use. A session ends when your browser closes, although browsers that restore tabs may restore session data too. An asterisk (*) means that part of the name varies.
Stripe loads on payment-related pages to process payments and help prevent fraud. It receives device, connection and transaction information. Its services may involve processing outside the EEA, subject to the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Provider storage can vary with the payment method, browser and security checks.

Website assistant
Hospifi loads only when you start chat. The hospifi_ai_visitor_id and tt_assistant_requested entries use this website’s session storage to keep your conversation available in the current tab. Closing the tab normally clears this storage; browsers may restore sessions. This does not delete conversation records held by Hospifi. Contact our team about stored conversations.

Maps do not load automatically. OpenStreetMap loads only when you ask to show the map; Google Maps opens only when you follow a map link. The provider then receives connection information and applies its own privacy practices. You can book without opening a map.

Your browser settings and rights
You can also view, block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent payment from working. Deleting the consent preference makes the choice appear again.
For questions, contact us using the email above. Our privacy notice explains who handles your information, your data-protection rights and how to complain to the AEPD.
