Who we are
This website operates under the name Transfer Tenerife. NIF/CIF: Y2560888J.
Contact: info@transfertenerife.es.
Your transfer request
The operator identified above is responsible for the personal information processed through this website. When you send a request, we receive your name, email, telephone number, pickup and destination, dates, times, passenger count and any optional flight, luggage or journey notes you provide. We also record your request reference and the date and versions of the notices you acknowledged.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, check the journey, provide a quote and arrange a transfer if you proceed. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and, for confirmed journeys, to perform that contract. We process records needed to meet legal obligations on that basis. Essential abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Please give practical assistance or equipment requirements without sending medical records, diagnoses, passport details or payment-card information. If you supply another passenger’s details, tell them about this notice and provide only what is necessary for the journey.
Who receives information
Staff handling your request and the driver or operator arranging an agreed transfer receive the information needed for their work. Hosting and email service providers process data to operate the website and communications. We may disclose information where a legal obligation requires it. This form does not collect payment-card details or take payment. Any later payment service must provide its own privacy information before you use it.
Storage and security
Requests are stored privately in the website’s administration area. We keep information for the time needed to handle your enquiry or transfer, meet applicable record-keeping duties and deal with complaints or legal claims, then delete or anonymise it when those purposes no longer apply. Access is limited to people who need it. We do not use transfer requests for marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, object where applicable, or provide portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to the contact email above; we may need proportionate identity verification. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
The requested contact and journey details are necessary to handle a transfer request. Without them we may be unable to respond or arrange the service. Automatic fare matching uses the selected location and passenger group; staff review the request before confirmation. It is not an automatic decision to accept or refuse a booking.
Location search, maps and browser storage
Location suggestions are searched from a directory downloaded to your browser. Typed searches are not sent to a geocoding provider. The planner uses session storage to carry a typed address from the homepage to the planner and to avoid duplicate submissions. This storage serves the journey you requested.
Google Maps opens only when you choose a map link. The optional OpenStreetMap map loads when you choose to show it. Those providers receive connection information when you use them and apply their own privacy practices: Google and OpenStreetMap Foundation. External services may process information outside the EEA under their published arrangements. You can use the planner without opening a map.
Essential website, security and account functions may use cookies. These pages do not require advertising or analytics cookies. If optional tracking is introduced, the relevant information and choices must be provided before it is used.
