Can I book a transfer between hotels or other places in Tenerife?
Yes. Enter your pickup and destination, including hotels, apartments or street addresses. Journeys outside our published TFS routes are quoted individually. We confirm the price and availability before you book.
How is my fare calculated?
Select both locations from the search suggestions. For a covered location paired with Tenerife South Airport (TFS), the fare is selected automatically for your passenger group. Other routes, unmatched addresses and locations outside the mapped fare areas require a quote.
Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
The prices are for the whole passenger group, per one-way journey. Choose the 1–4, 5–10 or 11–14 passenger band. A return journey is two one-way journeys.
Does the same fare apply when travelling to the airport?
Yes. The listed fare applies both from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) to the destination area and from that area back to TFS.
What times can I book a pickup?
Pickup times must be between 06:00 and 21:00 in Tenerife local time (Atlantic/Canary). Both legs of a return journey must fall within these hours.
Can I choose my hotel or street?
Yes. Search the Tenerife location directory for both pickup and destination, then add any building number or entrance details. If an address is missing, enter it in full to request a quote. You do not need to choose a fare area.
Is my request a confirmed booking?
No. A submitted request needs confirmation of the exact address, fare and availability. You will see a request reference when it is received. Wait for confirmation before making travel arrangements that depend on this transfer.
Can I arrange a child seat or bring extra luggage?
Tell us the number and size of bags and any child-seat or accessibility requirements in the journey notes. Please ask for confirmation before booking; luggage capacity, equipment and any associated charges must be checked for your journey.
What if my flight changes or I need to cancel?
Email info@transfertenerife.es with your request reference and the updated details. Ask for the applicable change and cancellation terms before confirming your booking. A pickup outside 06:00–21:00 cannot be accepted through the website.
Do these prices cover Tenerife North Airport?
These fares cover Tenerife South Airport (TFS) only. Tenerife North Airport (TFN) is a different airport. Contact us about any route not included in the published table.
